Enjoy a crisp salad with fresh greens, cucumber, red onions, tomatoes and croutons, topped with your choice of ranch, spicy green chile buttermilk, balsamic vinaigrette dressing. If you prefer to make it a main course, we will happily serve it your way!
A unique salad that reflects the blending of many great things that make our beloved southwest fabulous. Corn, black beans, cheese, bell peppers and pinon nuts topped with cilantro lime vinaigrette. Dip tortilla chips in it and savor the flavor!

Hatch Valley--Fresh roasted red and green chiles and asadero cheese
A spicy southwestern twist on a classic Italian favorite. Red Chile Chicken Enchilada Raviloi, finished with a creamy cilantro and asadero cheese sauce.
Shrimp never tasted so good! Spicy Shrimp Scampy with white wine green chile butter sauce served over a bed of bowtie pasta and romano cheese.

Frijoles de la Hoya--Southwestern style pinto beans
Finísh off your dining experience with one of our Southwestern favorites--sabroso!
Arroz con leche--rice pudding with milk--served warm and topped with cinnamon.
Mocha mousse--rich creamy chocolate mousse with a hint of coffee.
Fried Ice Cream--vanilla bean ice cream rolled in granola and deep fried, finished with raspberry and chocolate syrup and served with Bañuelos (fried tortilla with cinnamon and sugar)
Green Chile Apple Pie--a mild hint of green chile makes this old favorite something new! Served warm a la mode. For an extra twist, we will be happy to top it with a slice of cheddar cheese.
