Sabor is the Spanish word for savor...and we want you to savor every morsel of this specially prepared menu. We want you to have a dining experience that showcases the best of the Southwest and the many cultures that come together to make dining in our little neck of the woods a wonderful experience.

Los Nachos Grandes
A favorite New Mexico-style snack food! Enjoy tortilla chips piled high with our signature queso, jalapenos and refritos (refried beans). For an additional kick, add pulled pork, ground beef or chicken.

Hamburguesa de Kobe
The best burger in town! Kobe beef cooked to your preference. Try it plain with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. For the more adventurous eater, choose the Hatch Burger with green chile and asadero cheese, or the Chimayo Burger with Chipotle mayonnaise and bleu cheese crumbles.

Bastidores Nuevos Mexicanos (New Mexico Wings)
This is not your standard Buffalo wing! Six wings covered in your choice of Tropical Habanero, Chipotle Pineapple, or Red Chile Rub. Okay, we give up! If you want Buffalo style, we can make that for you, too!

Quesadillas
Fresh flour tortillas baked with asadero cheese, onions tomatoes, and Hatch green chile. Guaranteed to make you say "Aye, Caramba!" Choose from ground beef, pulled pork or chicken to add to this southwestern delicacy!

You haven't had a Philly until you have tried this twist on the tried and true! Our specially seasoned pulled pork is topped with onions, tomatoes, Hatch Green Chile and Asadero cheese--suavecito!

Calamari Fries served with green chile aioli or house made marinara sauce. Your taste buds will flip!

Grilled red snapper served Veracruz style--a deliciously spicy and tangy sauce that melds the flavors of old Mexico with the flavors of olive oil, capers and olives introduced from Spain.

Shrimp never tasted so good! Spicy Shrimp Scampy with white wine green chile butter sauce served over a bed of bowtie pasta and romano cheese.

Green Chile Apple Pie--a mild hint of green chile makes this old favorite something new! Served warm a la mode. For an extra twist, we will be happy to top it with a slice of cheddar cheese.
